A Healing Space

A Therapeutic Grief Group for Adults Grieving the Death of a Loved One

One of the things that helped me the most when I was deep in grief was being with people who understood. Sharing my own sorrow and witnessing that of others was a deeply profound and healing experience. As a therapist who works with grief, I am in a very unique position because I really do get it. I have been there. That’s why I facilitate grief groups.  Because I know they help.

We were never meant to be on this journey alone.  Our society has taught us that we need to hide our sorrow and pretend we are ok.  In this group you don’t have to pretend.  You can come as you are and allow your grief to be witnessed and held by others on a similar journey.  In this 8-week group we will explore what it means to grieve, and learn new tools to help you navigate the pain of loss with bravery and hope.
